What is mulch made out of?

A variety of materials are used as mulch: Organic residues: grass clippings, leaves, hay, straw, kitchen scraps, comfrey, shredded bark, whole bark nuggets, sawdust, shells, woodchips, shredded newspaper, cardboard, wool, animal manure, etc.

Our mulch is going to be from a combination of sources and places, depending on your unique needs, and will always match the existing layout and look of your landscape. We have helped clients by removing their trees, and turning it into mulch, on property, to help you minimize costs. Or, we can purchase, ship-in, and install/lay down mulch, with protective meshing to help keep weeds to a minimum and maximize the longevity of your mulch.
